I joined the practice in October after my former dental office closed. Walked my paper work including my implant X-rays to the office—hand delivery. My dentist joined the practice but has been a no show. I’ve spent since Dec trying to get my records back. Some phone service has been dismissive of my need to only retrieve my only records. They unfortunately charge $100 cancellation fee for same-day cancel, however, if they needed to reschedule same-day (for example, if a member of staff needed to leave early that day), we wouldn’t receive compensation for taking half or even the whole day off. She did schedule me in for a Saturday so I wouldn’t have to take any more time off so it balances out. Anyhow, the staff is very nice and it’s a professional and clean environment. On 2/12 I had an appointment for a cleaning with Sarah. I was in the chair by 12:03 and at the receptionist desk by 12:15. I told Sarah I had never had a 10 minute cleaning in all the years of getting my teeth cleaned. My previous cleaning was excellent and done in a timely matter. I was disappointed.
Reschedule randomly and long wait
I have had some terrible experiences at previous dentists and this place literally melted all of those away!! Dr Aspen and the other lovely people here are amazing charismatic people and really helped with my anxiety by talking to me not as a customer, but as a friend. I know I need a lot of work done due to neglect, but I'm so happy I found a place that makes me feel welcomed and not ashamed because my teeth suck.
