I had recently got a cleaning done there and I had left the office in complete tears. I am also on the spectrum whch has been made very clear to the office and they should have known. I had a not very nice hygienist who just kept pushing me into doing a cleaning that I was told prior that I did not need and to tell other hygienists to stop asking me. I want to especially praise the dental hygienist, Sarah. She is just amazing—so kind, empathetic, and professional. I really can’t say enough good things about her! Everyone else is great too. The dentist and the administrative staff are professional and helpful, but Sarah is definitely my favorite!
Dr. Vasu is the best. I am serious. Two things I do not enjoy in my life is getting a colonoscopy and going to the dentist in that order. In all my life I never had a dentist that I looked forward to the visit. That all changed when Dr. V took over the office. I have had three crowns replaced and they are still going strong and fit perfectly. He uses the strongest materials and does not use metal. I am writing this review to warn others, especially new patients referred through Medicaid/Medicare, about the appalling lack of care, professionalism, and basic patient safety at 1021 Dental. I came in for an urgent tooth emergency—a lost filling from four months prior that had progressed to an exposed nerve, and active infection with the present exposed cavity the failed filling was covering.
