Dont expect to be in an hurry with these ladies. Always have an excuse on why they’re charging so much for something out of your control.over out a month ago and they’re still charging full rent and haven’t processed this. So ready to be done with this rental company.
I’ve had a wonderful experience renting through this property management company. Shelby is always professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Anytime we've had a question or needed something addressed, she's been responsive and helpful. They genuinely seem to care about their tenants and making sure everything is taken care of. Renting from them has been a smooth and positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great property management company. Highly recommend ❤️
Worst service. As a property owner, I am concerned about several ongoing management issues that need to be addressed. There has been a clear lack of communication, which has made it difficult to stay informed about the status of my property. Additionally, routine inspections are not being conducted while the property is rented, leading to unnoticed issues.
