When I called to confirm the ride the guy was very rude and said yes they will be on time my drivers are always on time and acted like he was upset that I had called to confirm ride. Then 5 minutes later the driver called and said he was going to be 30 minutes late which would put my son only getting 20 minutes of physical therapy for that day so we waited for him to come and when I called them and back and said the driver was going to be late he seemed shocked and didn't know where his evidently where his driver was coming ... read more

Best Transport for my mother's dialysis appts. We have had nothing but issues with other providers. Rosie was the driver who picked her up and also brought her home. She was on time, professional and so kind. I will do everything in my power to get this company as the recurring transport for 3 days per week. Highly recommended
