Worst transport service ever. This was my daughter that has had four craniotomies one that was 2 weeks ago and has brain cancers. This was her first experience with transport service through her insurance. They showed up late. Their van was outdated. There was no air-conditioning. There was no heat. There were holes in the top of the lining of the roof.. they spoke no English or spanish their gurney was last inspected in 2016. The rails were broken. This company is horrible & I would not recommend getting transportation. First, my dad is blind & handicapped, they kept telling him that they would be on their way to take him to dialysis, & never once contacted him stating they were going to be late. Also they kept telling him that his insurance didn’t approve the rides but when we called the insurance company the insurance company stated that his insurance was approved for the ride. So arriving to pick him up they were a hour in a half late. So they put him on the garnet ... read more
The driver was right on time. Very friendly and handled my mother with care. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would reccomend this business for getting your loved ones to their appointments on time and safely. Thank you
When I called to confirm the ride the guy was very rude and said yes they will be on time my drivers are always on time and acted like he was upset that I had called to confirm ride. Then 5 minutes later the driver called and said he was going to be 30 minutes late which would put my son only getting 20 minutes of physical therapy for that day so we waited for him to come and when I called them and back and said the driver was going to be late he seemed shocked and didn't know where his evidently where his driver was coming ... read more
