Moving out in roughly about a week. The lease was only 6 months and I wouldn’t recommend this building. The units will grow mold extremely easily due to no windows and proper air flow. Honestly , there is no point in reporting the mold issue because it will just come back due to the poor infrastructure. Not only that, but the maintenance guys (who are extremely kind) just paint over the dirt and mold that grows in the hallways. There’s Constant pests. Packages and bikes get stolen almost daily and the owners don’t seem to try to care find a solution at all. Scheduled maintinence that will turn off the water from 10AM-11AM turns into over 24 hours without water for the entire building, and management will give you absolutely no details if you ask why the water is out and when it will be fixed if they even respond to your email at all. If you like having your packages stolen this is the place for you. When I come downstairs every morning there's a 50/50 on whether or not packages are ripped open and have things stolen out of them. For some reason the apartment gym gets a door with a code lock but they can't afford to put one in the package room. Bonus points because multiple bikes and wheels from bikes have also been stolen in that room and the stairwell

Find somewhere else to stay. Constant leaks, almost shower like, from the vents and ceiling fans which is crazy. Maintenance didn’t do anything preventative but clean the water on the floors, which would be hours later after mildew had formed. Document everything they tell you in case they try and scam you out a few hundred dollars. Over a year later after moving out they tried to charge me $800 for rent amongst other fees like paint damage and cleaning fees when I hired cleaners to clean the entire unit leaving it spotless ... read more
