My parents have been living at Villa Flores for 10+ years. They have resided through different management. The new management with Linda Chung is phenomenal. Complaints and requests are handled immediately. There are more apartment based activities. The facilities are improved and well taken care of. They cleaned and updated the hallways, entryway, and lobby with modern aesthetics. The elevator hasn't been inoperable for days (if even one day since Linda and the new management commenced).
