Be aware of this place, horrible management, overwhelmed maintenance crew (1 person actually for the whole building), and a crazy expensive place for a smelly tiny place. 1 bike got stolen inside the building, and the second one with a recent attempt. Our washing machine never worked properly, and for a whole year never got fixed. Charged as a luxury apartment, got mistreatment and a overpriced doll house.
Be careful with your apt keys. Management and maintenance are unreachable after hours and weekends.
My daughter moved in there in November 2024 and they still haven't fixed a window that doesn't fit in the windowsill and it's now March 2025. They don't have a maintenance man and no one is ever in the office. And when you do see someone they tell you to request the issue be fixed online. That never gets done. I wouldn't recommend for the price.
I had the opportunity to visit the interior of this building recently. I found that the lobby area and hallways smelled of an awful, old, mildew type scent. It was quite overpowering. I had to bite my tongue in order to conceal my distaste. Perhaps the maintenance man will consider some kind of carpet cleaning, or even better the management might want to replace these carpets.
