We moved in this March and could not be happier! The management team is attentive and the amenities are perfect. This is a gem.
I am a senior C-level licensed professional and have never been treated in such a pretentious and disrespectful manner as when I submitted an application here. Don't even bother applying here unless you have perfect credit and a six-figure income. There are those who are part of the problem in the US and those are a part of the solution, and these people are definitely part of the problem...
The new management has been great to work with, as they take initiative to address concerns. It looks like I have had a different experience than other reviews, as I have never had an issue getting ahold of them. Walking distance from what Downtown Barrington has to offer. I was planning on moving after my original lease was up, but with the changes the new management implemented, I ended up extending my lease. Very pleased with my experience here.
The management switched around March/May. They used to be engaged with the residents. The current management has since tinted the windows to the office since nobody is ever there. They are unresponsive and HARSH. I get more emails about petty rules, like no lights on the balcony, and towing cars than anything useful. You overlook empty car lots, a burrito express, and a gas station. No amenities aside from 2 grills and a lounge. Absent management. Expensive pricing.
