Arcelley and Tracey are running this place into the GROUND!!!!!! They are rude and nasty all of the time literally for no apparent reason. there are so many problems from the silver fish crawling on the walls (photos attached) Holes in the ceiling (photos attached) that have to get covered with Spackle and paint every 2 months. Broken smoke detectors (photos attached), broken parking garage doors, broken stairs(photos attached) Key Fobs that don’t work!!!!! You are wasting your time looking here!!!! I’ve been here almost a year. It’s a little pricey. But the apartments are spacious and have great appliances such as washer and dryer and stainless steel. The last few months I’ve been seeing roaches which solidified my choice to leave besides the price. I contacted the office about extermination and have not received any updates and that was a month ago. As far a maintenance in other regards, they are very quick to respond and solve the problem in a timely manner which I really appreciate. The office managers are really ni... read more
