Excellent building journey with Carolina Serat Moora after having roller coaster rides with our building process for couple of years with other builders until me an Angel at 101 Presidential and her name is Carolina. Looking for a design that suited what my partner and I I wanted between multiple builders was becoming a struggle until talking to Carolina at 101 Residential, she was always happy to hear us out on design changes going above and beyond making our dream home become a reality while doing what she could to keep it all in our budget with the growing economy costs, we can not recommend her highly enough, Thankyou Carolina, we look forward to continuing this journey building our dream home with you.
So far, I have had a great experience with the 101 residential team. A Huge thank you to Izabela Valles and Sasha Sljivic, who are always on top of everything and make sure the process runs smoothly. I am currently at the slab-down stage; I handed over the cleared site at the end of February, and the slab was down just two months later. Amazing schedule!!! I’m looking forward to the next stages of the build and feel confident that with such an organised and amazing team, my house will be finished right on schedule.
