I’ve had ongoing issues with this property management from the very beginning. Communication is poor, follow-through on maintenance requests is unreliable, and I’m constantly left chasing them down for basic things that should be handled promptly and professionally. Gave a white glove experience! Great communication!! Made the process very simple! Highly recommended!
Tina is very sweet and communicative. We have had to out in two maintenance requests in the last 5 months and they were resolved immediately. We love the house, the location and the quick process. The paint could be a different shade in the room but that's not on them (it's the owner who chose the horrendous shade lol). Thumbs up from us, we are happy.
Our experience has been great, no issues. We love the house they are renting to us, and like how quick they are with any request we may have. I would definitely recommend
Terrible communication. Takes forever to get things fixed. Rent was fair for our place that is not updated at al. The places that they have for repairs don’t communicate with you. So glad we are leaving this place and won’t be renting from them again.
