Minimal decor makes it far from impressive, but what sets this hole in the wall apart is its busy atmosphere. Diners come from around the San Gabriel Valley for large, piping hot bowls of noodles, an array of dumplings, and their famed beef roll, an onion cake which serves to wrap thin slices of beef and cilantro.
Get the beef roll – Foodies in the know flock to this restaurant to eat the beef roll. It is a tantalizing sandwich made from stuffing a green onion pancake with beef, cilantro, and hoisin sauce and rolling it up into a "wrap". It's OK to take out, but eat there. You might have to deal with waitress who are a bit unfriendly and who don't speak English, but other than that, it is one of the best foods in all of Southern California.
