Staff were very accommodating to my needs for a one-person home elevator, to include arrangements for installation contractor personnel.
Associate visited our home and explained the options. He did not try to upsell us on most costly system based on our requirements. Team was very easy to work with on scheduling. The install crew called before he arrived which is always nice. He took about one hour to install our 1 flight chairlift. He was very personable, explained everything clearly and demonstrated the system. Overall great experience!!
4 years ago, 101Mobility installed a Bruno chair lift at our house. It wrapped the staircase top and bottom to leave the stair pathway open. The lift is fabulous and they’ve been wonderful people to deal with. We tend to like being on their annual maintenance agreement, but they seem to service us quickly either way. When there’s a problem with the lift, they generally work us into their schedule that day. We highly recommend 101Mobility.
I’ve had two stairlifts installed by 101 Mobility over the last 5 years and been very impressed with their prompt, courteous and professional service.
We had 2 straight stairlifts installed for our back stairs. Everything from the initial sales visit to the installation went super smooth. There was no hard sell, just discussion of options and measurements taken. The installation was super smooth as well. The technician installed the units snd then thoroughly briefed us on operation and maintenance. He was on- time, knowlegeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend 101 Mobility.
