Workmen were professional and polite, were familiar with the task, and did everything required to leave the space clean after they were done. 3-1/2 hours, all business. Would use them again. Ed W
We rented an Elan SRE3000 from 101 Mobility back in 2014 and it has been in continual service. We have had few problems and when we did, their service to this equipment has been timely and commendable. We recommend 101 Mobility installing, servicing and sustaining these chairs.
The team was efficient and tidy. They answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. The device itself is exactly as we ordered and is working perfectly. I could not ask for a better experience.
The people have been pleasant, but the product and the service is not good. They installed an expensive Cibes "lift" in my new home in July 2023 and it has been out of service more than in service. This latest problem I have been waiting 42 days since they came out and diagnosed the problem and were to come back and fix it, I am still waiting and no phone calls to tell me when, I have to hound them. Being pleasant doesn't help solve the problem and I wouldn't recommend them or this Lift to anyone
