Service on initial installation and after is great. I would have give 5 stars except an update to the stair chair control board came out shortly after mine and the manufacturer will not update mine.
Was good experience
101 Mobility had received great reviews online. My husband had surgery and had decided that he wanted to rent a lift chair. We had done it in the past but with a different company. We were very pleased with the customer service. We decided on buying the lift chair that we rented. I will be needing one in July for my knee replacement surgery. 101 gave us a fair price. Definitely recommend your company.
101 Mobility has always responded to my needs efficiently and courteously. My only concern is that the wai time to get a technician was 5 days.
101 Mobility installed the wheelchair lift on my SUV several years ago, and I've never had a single issue with it.
