Our most recent interaction with 101 Mobility was to proactively schedule a maintenance visit to service our Stairlift that was installed in August of 2022. During the busiest time of our season we have up to five individuals with various needs that use the lift in order to participate in different weekly functions in our upstairs community room. We are very satisfied with the ramp and the installation. The team was very patient with the two 70 something sisters who asked the same questions over and over. They did an excellent job, and we highly recommend 101 Mobility of Phoenix.
They are very unethical people. We purchased a stair lift from them for a cost of $15,715. They sent us this drawing of the installation to sign that showed 17 inches of 2nd floor clearance. When the chair lift was installed, we only had 8 inches of clearance, They also damaged our new carpet on the stairway too. We contacted the company & the owner to come see what they installed, and they refused to come see their product & possible refund.
