The staff were MOST helpful! The gentleman that came out to service my mother's unit was very very helpful & informative & answered all questions I had!!!
Everyone associated with 101 mobility was helpful and straightforward in dealing with us. Office manager gave pros and cons of stairlift models available. We are very satisfied with our choice. Installation done efficiently and the lift works flawlessly.
Excellent service and nice people
I was impressed with the quick response and quote I received. Although I didn't go ahead with the install I was very pleased with all my interactions from the initial phone call, quote and follow-up calls. From the top down everyone is knowledgeable courteous and friendly. I will consider 101 for future needs when the arise.
