The customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciated how much time was taken to make sure that we know exactly how to use the equipment.
It was the easiest of all installations with clear instructions for its use! I love it and this company is absolutely the best to deal with.
Our experience was terrific! We had been quoted $1000 to fix our chair with a new circuit board. Our technician quickly determined that all we needed were new batteries - an $80 fix! He was prompt, honest, and helpful. Will always call them for any needs with our stairlifts!
