Was quoted an incorrect price for power chair. Quoted a price and was told that there was a tax at pickup and not on the quote. Should be better disclosure.

Happy with the product but poor customer service. They were able to find the power chair we wanted and get it in a fast manner. The issue is bad information passed by employees. We were told on multiple occasions an “out the door” price and the fact that there wasn’t sales tax because it’s a mobility item. Fast forward to paying for the item they wanted to charge sales tax. They had to get a power booster, as we have a hybrid, it’s been over a week now and still haven’t heard anything

Robbie was very knowledgeable and provided us with options to fit our needs. They were able to get everything installed in the quick timeframe we had to get the project completed. My parents live our new lift and stair chair. Robbie, Caleb, and 101 Mobility are the best!

Robby was very professional, and courteous. A real pleasure to have him install an outdoor ramp up to the front deck at Mom's house. We also needed a new front storm door as part of the project, and he quoted that as well. The storm door was a real pain due to how the original one was installed, but Robby got it done. Looks beautiful, and everything works perfectly. Strongly recommend 101 Mobility, and in particular, Robby himself. Thank you, Robby!
