Terrible customer service. I sold a nearly $4,000 stairlift about 2.5 years old and in excellent condition to Robbie at 101 Mobility for $250 because we were moving to a new home that didn’t require it. Someone arrived on the day of our final walkthrough 4 hours late to pick it up, just before the new buyers were set to arrive. He had no explanation as to why he was late and did not call to update us on an arrival time. Three weeks later I still have not received payment. I had a 2pm appointment. No one was at the shop at 2pm, no one answered either phone number for the business, no one returned voicemails. We sat in the parking lot for 50 minutes before leaving.
Robby, Ken and the entire 101 Mobility staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services or products.
Very professional. Great communication and customer service. Would recommend them for any person who needs a stair lift.
