Warm and courteous response to my telephone inquiry Servicemen were extremely professional and very honest with alternatives to my problem with my stairs chair lift. Other cpany i dealt with.before was totally the opposite( in fact they are no longer in business) I strongly recommend this company

Laurie and Tom were AMAZING and able to help us solve a problem with a couple of hours notice. We were on vacation at Holden Beach and one of our family members is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get out to the deck due to a 4 inch lip from the door down to the deck. After our Amazon/USPS order was not successfully delivered, we called around trying to find someone who could help us with a small portable ramp/transition option. 101 Mobility was essential in providing mobility for my husband during stroke rehabilitation. They gave me options and ultimately installed a VPL in our garage. They were very prompt, efficient and neat with the install. Mitch, Jason and Laurie were wonderful to work with. I had a very pleasant experience with 101 Mobility and highly recommend them.
