Just had a harmar stairlift installed at our house in Chestertown. 101 Mobility provided us with prompt, professional service from start to finish. Great company we recommend very highly!!!
I can’t walk at all so I am totally dependent on my Stairlift. We received same day service and it was done correctly. All is well now! The young man who came out was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and just overall a nice service man. We are completely satisfied.
Each experience I have had with 101 Mobility was exceptional. The technician was very polite and professional & took the time to explain how my system & the battery works. They were responsive & came out despite bad weather conditions. I am very pleased with the high quality of service I have received over the years.
Very easy and outstanding to deal with, the young man that come out to install the unit was right on time, did a fabulous job job, made sure everything was installed correctly and everything was working perfectly, then he called us down and showed us how to work it, and how it worked, thank you 101 mobility
