I can’t walk at all so I am totally dependent on my Stairlift. We received same day service and it was done correctly. All is well now! The young man who came out was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and just overall a nice service man. We are completely satisfied.
Each experience I have had with 101 Mobility was exceptional. The technician was very polite and professional & took the time to explain how my system & the battery works. They were responsive & came out despite bad weather conditions. I am very pleased with the high quality of service I have received over the years.
