We've been with them going on 4 years. 101 Mobility has enabled my mother to safety go up and down the stairs with no problems. Her chair is out of warranty and Ed still provides outstanding 10+ customer service. They are a GREAT Company & I highly recommend them if you're looking for stair lift service.
