Horrible place . They don’t take your trash out, it’s been 5 years and they still can’t figure out pool and everything else damage. It is worse a penny.
Crumbling facilities / Fanatical HOA - I've lived in the building for two years and the pool has been closed for the better part of a year and the garage was shut down for months. Electric bills are double what newer apartments of the same size are. Also, building manager and HOA write up residents for the most ridiculous infractions such as how cars are parked, how garbage is packaged, and if you have visitors in your place. STAY AWAY!!!
