Niyha was amazing! We needed a last minute tour moving in from Georgia and she squeezed us in and helped us so much! She gave us a tour and so much information about the area. Make sure you ask for Niyha the leasing specialist!
We should up late on a Saturday and called Niyha, she squeezed us in last minute when we were on a last minute tour before catching a plane tonight. She was amazing!!! So helpful so informative and she did an amazing job telling us about all the amenities and things in the area. 10/10 would stop by, it was very easy to communicate with her and get all the help we needed. If you call ask for Niyha, there’s two so make sure to ask for this one !
I can't begin to thank Brandis and the 101 Ellwood Team enough for their unwavering support that they have and continue to provide. My apartment has been amazing! Given the building was originally a school, there are concrete floors between each level, which provides complete isolation from your neighbors above and below you. Coming from previous apartments where you could here your neighbors thinking, it's been a phenomenal experience being able to end the day in peace and solitude.
