Currently looking for a new place to call home and the leasing agent Sasha really went out her way to assist me with all of my questions. She even went above and beyond for me to be able to see a particular loft unit. I am still considering other Apartment complexes, but I must say, due to Sasha's politeness and professionalism, has me thinking of dropping all the other options. I had such a great experience with 101 Ellwood! So glad I found this Gem. Highlights: Great access to everything banks, grocery stores, restaurants, park, etc and in walking distance. Great costumer service from the leasing team! They are always pleasant and always open to listen. I’ve enjoyed some of the events they have hosted as well! Maintenance is on point and polite. I’ve been living at 101 for the past 11 months, and it’s been a truly positive experience. The management team is attentive and responsive, always ensuring that any requests are addressed promptly. Both Brandis & Sasha are friendly and welcoming, & make it easy to feel at home. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend 101 to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
