A long overdue review for 101 Ellwood Apartments! I moved into 101 Ellwood back in March, and from the very beginning my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The building is modern, bright and spacious, and truly feels like home. What really makes this place special is the small staff. The property management team has been responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which has made my move in super smooth. I really appreciate how well-maintained everything is, from the common areas to security.
Living at 101 Ellwood has been incredible. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop deck with views of Patterson Park and the city is a huge bonus. The staff here are top-notch — professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The location in Canton couldn’t be better. I would recommend it to anyone looking for upscale living in Baltimore.
Leasing Agent Sasha did a good job with the room tour. Since the apartment building used to be a school, it seems to be much more solidly built than most apartment complexes in the area, which should be standard. Verizon Internet (FiOS, not 5G Home) available. XFINITY Internet and TV are available. The electrical service provided to the units will meet demand. First floor units are feasible due to building quality and quietness. Thanks for a good first impression.
Currently looking for a new place to call home and the leasing agent Sasha really went out her way to assist me with all of my questions. She even went above and beyond for me to be able to see a particular loft unit. I am still considering other Apartment complexes, but I must say, due to Sasha's politeness and professionalism, has me thinking of dropping all the other options.
