This is such a unique apartment complex with charm, and quality, and the staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful, and really create a community.
Whoever said Disneyland was the greatest place on earth clearly has never been to 101 Ellwood. This place is the bomb. The vibes are vibing. The staff is so very lovely and they regularly organize fun events and contests for the residents. Couldn't reccommend enough. I've been here for a year and I may never leave!
Ellwood Apartments is managed by WPM Management. Recently, my vehicle sustained significant damage, with four windows shattered and requiring replacement by an unknown assailant. The parking garage is not equipped with surveillance cameras, and residents have been advised that management will not reimburse for vehicle-related damages, despite the apparent absence of proactive security measures. My experience living at this apartment complex was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Packages repeatedly went missing, and management was unresponsive and unwilling to address the issue in any meaningful way. I also reported multiple times that bugs were coming out of the carpet and requested that it be replaced. Management acknowledged the complaints but never took action, leaving an ongoing sanitation and pest concern unresolved. I have lived at the Ellwood for almost a year and it has been the best experience! The space is beautiful and well kept. The maintenance team and the front office team are so amazing, kind, and helpful. Sasha and Brandis go above and beyond to make it a warm environment and the location of the building is unmatched! I highly recommend it!
