Gene is a good guy
What a treat. Coming out of Zion, this place popped up as a local butcher. We stopped into this quaint little spot. Chatted with Gene (the owner) picked out a delicious ribeye for myself and a filet for the bride. Awesome customer service. Even picked up some delicious pistachios, that came off a tree in the back ground. Highly recommend. Very reasonable pricing. And delicious beyond measure.
