First and foremost, Assistant Property Manager, Kristen Lyles, is the GOAT. I say this as a resident who has lived here for 2.5 years. Management is responsive, and responsible. And the property is well maintained. Easily the best apartment rental experience I have had.

Verified Renter Leasing management is great. Location and amenities are best in class. The reason for 4/5 stars is cleanliness upon move in. We did not get to view the apartment until after we signed a lease. After receiving our keys on move-in day, is when we discovered drywall dust, everywhere! The countertops and cupboards were covered with several mm’s of it. The windows and blinds looked like a construction zone.
