I recently bought a car from this place, and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The car runs perfectly — it’s in excellent condition and feels almost brand new. Their customer service was outstanding; they were helpful, professional, and made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a reliable car.
This was the best deal in town. It was such a breath of fresh air to be able to do business without the tricks and gimmicks of the dealerships. As far as other reviews go, I'll just say inspect the car visually and shop responsibly. Get the car facts and do your own research. If you want a guarantee, pay extra for the guarantee; if you want a warranty, pay extra for a warranty. Bought 2015 Camry Hybrid from 101 A/S in Oct.'20. Car was great. I needed some extra paperwork because I was shipping the car out of country. Fred (owner) was very cooperative and helped with paperwork each time I had a question or needed info. Thank you Fred. Definitely recommend to do business with 101 Auto Sales.
They're nice when you're buying but that was the extent. I bought a 2018 Flex from Farid. It seemed great. It was clean for the most part and nothing threw a red flag. The engine compartment looked good and he said he just had the oil changed and the engine tuned up. The latter was probably a lie. Within 3 weeks: the battery corroded and leaked fluid and I had to replace it, the blower motor for the A/C in the front went out, and now the check engine light is on. Low price on a good, used Town & Country van. Farid, the dealer, was very helpful with the financial part of the deal and gave us a complete tour of all the controls and features of the van. Very friendly! Highly recommend 101 Auto to anyone who wants a great deal.
