I purchased my 2018 WRX in Oct 2025, it’s Mar 2026 and I still don’t have my vehicle. I’ve sent a email proposal to this dealer and the general manager in hopes of settling this unfortunate situation. Bob and Darrel are the ones who sold me the vehicle. 4/17 A month later and still no response. The car broke down again leaving me stranded on the i-10. I then had to pay 140$ out of pocket to get it towed to a shop. I'm once again left with no vehicle and not even offered a loaner for my troubles.
My husband recently bought a van with the hopes of converting it to a camper van. Unfortunately he had some serious medical issues. He works in Scottsdale but we live in California. I called and explained the situation to see if they would work with us. They did not and all they said “sorry about that” After sending my son to drive the van back, finish the sale and after the check cleared the bank I still do not have the title for the vehicle!!! It has been 6weeks!!

I went into 101 Auto Outlet 2 weeks ago and looked at 2 vehicles with a gentleman named Darrell. He was very polite and not overly aggressive on selling me a car. Which being a Manager myself in sales I was grateful for that. Within the 2 weeks he and I spoke and talked about what I can afford and nothing more . After weeks of searching for a reliable car for our teen, we found 101 Auto Outlet had a good variety of cars. We found one we liked and Morgan made the process smooth, easy, and most importantly hassle free. There were no surprises, just great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable, used car.
