Amazing experience with 101 auto. Bob and his team are extremely friendly and willing to work with you on whatever situation you are in. I am beyond happy with the deal they got me and can’t thank them enough. Definitely 5 star service and would recommend to family and friends!
Sold me a Cherokee last summer that had a engine light come on the next day. Brought it back to them and they had claimed to "fix" it but the engine light came back the day after. Even though their warranty said it covered the driveline, they chose to never fix it. They had even tried to ask me things like if I had taken it off roading to make it seem like I caused it. Good luck trying to get them to honor their warranties. Still dealing with the problem to this day
Living in Scottsdale, I have passed by this dealership many times over the years. I was in the market to replace one of our cars and I went online and checked their inventory. I found a beautiful 2023 Bronco and called to see if it was still there. I talked to Darryl, one one of the salesman and i went on down a few hours later to check it out. Bryan and Bob were both very helpful with getting me details on a vehicle from out of town. They sent detailed videos etc before I decided to come take a test drive. Zero hassle, was in and out with my truck in less than an hour after the test drive. Thank you 101 Auto!
I purchased a 2019 Corvette from Bob & Morgan. I am from New Mexico, so Bob helped me secure financing and had the car ready to go by the time I flew to Phoenix. Morgan helped me with the test drive and paperwork associated with the sale. I am a USMC combat veteran & learned that Morgan was too. This made me feel more comfortable knowing I was dealing with a veteran friendly business. I recommend this dealership 100%, because they were honest and extremely helpful every step of the way.
