Amazing apartments for vcu students. Can’t find anywhere as close proximity as this, and the only maintenance issues I’ve ever had were solved same day!

Best kept secret , best location for any major at VCU. Private apt building that is basically on campus closer than any dorm. Counted 205 steps to Cabel library! Or out back door to lecture hall! Older building but has fashioned charm one bedroom / bath allowing students to have privacy and space. Friendly management and maintenance crew. Prompt on requests. Recommend highly
I have lived here for over a year and love it. It’s a great location for students, and I often can get to my classes in less than 5 minutes. There are also lots of nearby green and outdoor spaces and the amount of windows and sunshine that comes into my apartment can’t be beat. Olivia is super helpful and awesome!
