I’ve really enjoyed living at 1001 S State! The maintenance team is incredibly responsive—any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been addressed quickly and professionally. The gym amenities are fantastic, and I love the weekly fitness classes they offer. The management team also does a great job hosting fun resident socials that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
I've lived in the building for a year and a half and have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, dealing with the building manager, Maria B., has been challenging. I pay all my bills through Chase Pay, and twice the building has lost my rent check. The money is deducted from my account a week before the rent is due, so I know it has been sent. I have used Chase Pay for years without any problems. The first time this happened, the building waived the fee. Hate living here. Management is so rude and unhelpful. *Maintenance* staff is quite good but at least one elevator is usually broken. In a building with 40 floors 3 working elevators means you're waiting 5-10min near rush hour. Parking is crazy bad. It's public parking so regularly get stuck exiting by someone who can't get their app to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Caught a Tesla driver keying another EV because they were in the EV charging spot charging and they wanted it. I've had several packages stolen from the mailroom and... read more
The 2 flooring that was installed is lighted than the rest of the tiles. It does not match the rest of the tiles.
