I visited 1001 Optical yesterday I asked could they replace a hinge on my eye glasses? Yes was the reply, I said perfect thank you then tried to explain I've tried tighting screw but hinge needs replacing was willing to pay for new hinge, lady tried tighting screw then said she can't tighten screw
