I cannot rave enough about Sarah, her Mother and the lovely staff at this small boutique shop. It has charm, and character and pieces that are one of a kind. A little oasis to get away to for fun shopping, great conversation and you leave feeling happy. It is lovely to be in a female owned and operated business. Really beautiful shop. I specifically come to this mall just to visit this gem. The cutest, trendiest jewelry that never tarnishes and you wont believe the prices. I tell everyone about this place. I understand how they have been in business for over 30 years i believe! All the ladies are so nice and i always hear people coming in just to talk to them about their lives and they're all so kind and helpful.
My mother in law bought a shirt for me here it was a little too small. She tried to exchange it for a larger size. The staff gave her a hard time and made her feel like she was doing something wrong. What stores these days don't do exchanges. I get final sale so no returns but all she wanted was a bigger size. We will never shop here again and I don't recommend shopping here. There are so many awesome local stores in Hamilton that treat there customers better than here.
