Here’s the thing- I spent 10 of the best years of my life living in this building- the apartments were huge- so much storage and closet space. What a disgusting attitude that the "manager" some guy, has when you simply call to inquire about vacancies. Learn PROFESSIONALISM
I lived here not too long ago. I totally like it. I recommend it. The manager and maintenance manager here works well and the apartment is well managed. If there's a problem in the house, they solve it quickly. If you were to find a house in Glendale, this would be the best place.

Terrible place. If you have an ESA don't even try to come here if it weighs over 25 pounds. He said most people "fake their letters" so he doesn't accept them. Then they will try to claim that dogs over 25 pounds pose a threat to other members in the complex with out making an assessment of the animal which you are required to do by CA law. It wasn't worth fighting someone that clearly doesn't know what he's talking about but I definitely would not recommend trying to rent here to others.
