At first my mom and I went in (shes on oxygen) to look at the selection. Abel was REALLY nice and helpful - just enough help to get us started and no pressure. Answered all our questions promptly - including wear, cat/pet issues, cleaning and how much time it would take to get missing elements from each potential rug design. Came for the "Going Out For Business" Sale. Service was friendly. Rugs normally for $750 on sale for $250. Beautiful and plush. We bought two. Found a minor defect in one of them a few weeks later. Not only did they replace it, they actually came to our home to replace it. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great-looking rug at super-discounted price.
Omg I ordered Saturday and got it today (Thursday) here in WI! The OW Revival 4694e coordinates with the OW Revival 551q just perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the 551q from you. Thanks soooo much! :D
