Criminals. I saw someone breaking into cars right in front of the parking attendant when I was there tonight. From my perspective, the parking attendant was in on it, 100%. I talked to him about it and he did not care. Avoid at all costs.
Perfect for the Great American Music Hall which a five minute walk across the street. They usually accommodate for concerts which was the case on this occasion.
