Great place to live! I have lived at 1000 S. Clark for 3 years, and it is a great place to live! The amenities are amazing. I love the full-floor gym and very nice public spaces. The management group plans guest events and provides free food, drinks, and a fun time.
Poorly managed We moved into this building when Habitat was managing the property. Since then the building has run through multiple management companies and Bozzuto is by far the worst. Don’t expect anyone to assist with normal functions such as maintance requests, guest parking, elevator reservations and I don’t even want to get into other problems such as building safety and competence within the leasing office is just non existent.
