I had such a wonderful experience at 1000 Nails today! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. My pedicure was fantastic and so relaxing. They really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, the entire salon was super clean and well-maintained, which made me feel even more comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. I always go for a pedicure. David is the best. The manager is very pleasant and remembers your name.
came in to get a pedicure i had a good experience until i was ready to pay. there is a sign upfront that says “20% off Monday, Wednesday, thursday 12-4” i came in on a wednesday at 12 and mentioned the sign at check out. They said they wouldn’t honor the special because it’s for “two or more services”. be aware the sign is misleading.
