RecommendedI have lived in this complex for 16 yrs. and I've seen the good and the bad.When the new company took over,it's been nothing but Good.The office manager is amazing.We also have an outstanding Maintenance Man.I feel safe living here and have no complaints.
It’s absolutely terrible. Our apartment has been left unfinished since we have moved in, we have had nothing but problems, and neighbors say the same thing, can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone you have to go to the office personally to get anything done. Our a/c had been going out since summer started. Right now it is 86 in my apartment. Worst place I have ever given my money too we will not be renewing our lease and definitely do not recommend anyone to stay here
Lived here since August, it was a big adjustment for me to be on my own with three kids. Love my apt and the neighbors I have. The manager now is amazing, goes out of her way to accommodate any complaints or problem.. not that I’ve had many lol. Although I had a leak in my bathroom. She moved me to another apt and over night she had people out to work on it and even did some cute upgrades before I moved back in. I highly recommend Mary Homes to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to live!
updated, clean apartments and property with great management. Play park and dog park are a great addition.
I lived there during the heat of summer. The ac ended up going out and I reported it to management numerous times and it never got fixed, not to mention there was no screens on the windows so I could not even open them to get some air in the apartment since we were upstairs. I have a daughter so in my opinion it was not a suitable place for her. Great place to live with great people running this complex.. Lots of great changes have been made in the last year and a half..
Love, love living here. Toni King is by far my favorite apartment manager ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She goes above and beyond for me and my babies. Thank you so much Toni King for your smiling face and great personality, and for making us a priority any time we need something!!!
