The staff is completely unprofessional and the experience here has been less than ideal. They advertise themselves as a luxury amenity building, but last year the pool was not able to be used more often over the summer than it was able to be used, the elevators never work, packages get stolen, and the prices are unacceptable. They also don't honor in any way if you are a current resident looking to move into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom. Would recommend looking elsewhere where the staff is friendly and accommodating.
I moved here in August 2025. The maintenance team deserves four stars. They are generally responsive, competent, and fix things quickly/correctly. Every maintenance issue I've had has been handled right. The one thing I'd improve is a direct line of communication — being able to contact them directly would make things smoother, especially when they break away and then I have no idea if/when they're coming back. Unfortunately, my experience living here has not reflected the premium price point. While the property is marketed as a luxury community, many of the key amenities are either non-functional or poorly maintained. Most notably, the pool has been out of service for an extended period with no clear timeline for repair. Management has chosen to shift blame to residents rather than take responsibility or offer a solution. 0 stars. I’ve lived here for 5 years and the management has changed many times. Some for the good and most for the bad. The most recent change is the worse we have experienced. They’ve closed the pool indefinitely in the middle of the summer due to poor maintenance. They hound us for our lease renewals well before the deadline, don’t reply to our actual concerns, and treat us like we are the reason that the building and facilities are falling apart.
