We put in a work order to fix our bathroom over a month ago before 4th of July Holiday weekend. We received no help and false promises they would fix it. Every week “oh we’ll fix it next week.” The sink has been leaking since we moved in 6 years ago, which caused massive cracks in the counter top from the leaking water. 0 stars. I’ve lived here for 5 years and the management has changed many times. Some for the good and most for the bad. The most recent change is the worse we have experienced. They’ve closed the pool indefinitely in the middle of the summer due to poor maintenance. They hound us for our lease renewals well before the deadline, don’t reply to our actual concerns, and treat us like we are the reason that the building and facilities are falling apart. Unfortunately, my experience living here has not reflected the premium price point. While the property is marketed as a luxury community, many of the key amenities are either non-functional or poorly maintained. Most notably, the pool has been out of service for an extended period with no clear timeline for repair. Management has chosen to shift blame to residents rather than take responsibility or offer a solution. Great apartments, community, and staff that has gone thru some renovations for the better, like the package rooms - next step is updating the elevators and this place would be perfect!
