Maintenance staff (Alex) is excellent! He’s helped with a couple of things in our unit since we moved in and he’s the best! He’s a pleasure to speak with, works quickly, and always gets the job done right!
first it was wonderful and the views are awesome. We had ice machine problems twice and maintenance didn't wear gloves or even wash their hands. The first time I cleaned the dirty black smudges and sanitized it myself. The second time the supervisor came out and he broke it. They ordered an extremely dented one. It was replaced three days later. I damaged a door a year ago and have offered to pay for replacement but still nothing.
