Traffic was light so I ended up getting there about an hour before my reservation began and they charged me $35 extra. What a scam. $35 for an extra hour is such a rip-off. I exited 2 hours before my reservation ended but do you think I got a credit? Ha! I'll never park here again.
Super tight parking garage with hardly any space to turn around or see incoming traffic. The machine to get in doesn’t tell you that garage is full when you first pull in. My friend and I drove around for six minutes trying to find a spot and it still charged us $12 when we left after not being able to find a spot. How are you charging for a service you didn’t provide? Will be disputing this charge and not parking here again. Better off parking on the street.

I used to love this garage. The kiosk they installed has stolen about $40 from me so far. The barcode scanner just decides to stop working sometimes and forces you to double pay to get out. I have to find another garage now. Really disappointing.
