The people running this business are very unprofessional and uneducated. Unable to get my refund after many attempts and calls. Terrible, terrible, terrible business. . . stay away!
We met Ms. Rayn Snow (the owner) earlier this year & booked my mom’s 70th birthday party for July and paid the deposit ($500) since March to rent out her space after hours. We did the walk through, she emailed us a contract, the plans were set in place. We received an email on June 6th stating the studio is closing due to personal reasons and they will be refunding our money in 7-14 business days.
