DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING While John was a good landlord, the owners of the property not so much. We were good tenants and allowed them to show the home while we were moving which provided them with new tenants without losing a months rent, we were told the owner still required the 2 month early term fee because it is in the contract. Your full deposit went to you in the mail yesterday. You know that we had no say in whether the owner would keep the early termination fee. It is always their decision. John texted Lou yesterday and told him the deposit was in the mail. He also told you and Lou that the new tenants have signed up for utilities and you could go ahead and get them out of your names.
