We are visiting Boston for two months and rented a furnished and fully equipped apartment from 100 Pier 4. We love the building and the staff. Diana and Kaylee have been wonderful to work with in the leasing office, and Andrea and Greg are super-helpful and friendly concierges. It was so nice to roll into town with just a large suitcase and have everything else taken care of - internet, smart tv, electricity setups, linens, kitchenware, vacuum, etc., and we even got to pick the furniture style and bed size (K/Q).
I tried to apply for an apartment here last month and they use some offsite leasing service. That’s terrible. They don’t get back to you for days when they do. They refuse to call you. He sends an email after hours not answering your question then they use some verification system that legitimately wouldn’t verify my real bank account. What a force they also increase the rent four times throughout the process.
