Great service from property management team. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Ailton was great, he explained the issue for me and taught me how to avoid future problems.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is, without exaggeration, the worst-managed building in Boston. Our apartment flooded due to a maintenance failure — not a frozen pipe, not a weather issue, but lack of upkeep on the building’s part. Since then, there has been virtually zero communication from management. I have sent repeated emails asking for clarification on next steps, requested mold testing, asked for the large water bubble in our ceiling to be repaired, and requested that the walls damaged by maintenance ladders be... read more
