Great looking place. Too bad management is completely incompetent and CORRUPT. After my tour, I submitted my application the same day. Shortly after, I received an email from Dyanna stating that I was pre-approved pending a criminal background check. I have no criminal history. Then two invoices were sent to my email. The first was for the prorated first month in the amount of $1675.87. The second was for the first full month of rent in the amount of $5899.
