Very poor management, took my car for alignment, I have my car back the same way. Call to speak to manager 4 times never return my calls. Simple alignment, lost good costumer.
I had a great experience with them. Jerome helped me as well. My son had vomited in our mini-van last week and we needed help before Thanksgiving. The team came early this morning and worked incredibly hard to make the car smell and look like new. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job. My family is so grateful!! Thank you
Before I say anything negative, let me point out they did work very hard. This however does not forgive an incomplete job. I paid for the "Complete detail Package" which according to the website this includes a complete exterior/interior cleaning. Little did I know this does not include the meticulous care that a complete detail should warrant. When I was displeased with the service, the owner became extremely nasty with me.
