100% may just be 110% … I personally know Sensei Mike and he is top notch, and only surrounds himself with an excellent team. When you take a class from these guys and gals you can really tell they love what they do, and you will too! Best place in the area for kids martial arts and fitness kickboxing.
100% Martial arts is a great name for this studio because you get that and more. Sensei Mike is an great Instructor and the workouts are awesome.
Sensei Mike and his team are awesome! Their facility is clean, located in a great spot, and the program is first class! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great workout, with great people, in a great place!
