The staff at 10 Moffatt are very helpful. Christian just helped me switch over to a new door app, and Jacqui helped me last month when I fell on a depression in the paving and broke my glasses. Everyone is well-trained, caring, and friendly.
Daniel does a great job and he’s very patient and thoughtful for fixing everything in my home! This is a great neighborhood too
I love it here! The office staff is SO friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff (Thomas, Bryan, Rafa and Daniel) know how to fix things so they stay fixed. They’re also wonderful about explaining what they’re doing and answering any questions you may have. The location is a short walk to excellent restaurants and a short car ride to all the major highways. There are parks and good shopping close by. The neighbors seem very friendly as well.
Lanie at 100 Moffett Apartments gave us the best tour of the beautiful residence. She answered all of our questions confidently, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. Sometimes during tours agents can make you feel rushed, but this was not the case. She took her time and really gave us all the information. Highly recommend working with her!
