The franchise in south beach, Miami really sucks. First of all the customer service is not friendly. They do not check on you and explain the menu. Also, it took more than 30 minutes for a glass of water and more than 40 minutes and counting for 4 sandwiches. Restaurant is not busy so I really don't understand how they want to grow the business.
