cheated you have charged two group on coupons from me but I have only one service. I have given call multiple times for coupon refund. But it was never a proper answer. Finally they told to refund. But they didn’t and closed the services.
Location abrupt closed, I am still owed the services that I prepaid for and I cannot get anyone to process a refund. The corporate office just will not return calls and This location is completely unstaffed
Dr. Joe and his staff are so welcoming and very knowledgeable. I felt heard, and a plan of care was tailored to my needs.
I found this office via Facebook and they were running a special, I’m new to the area and decided to give it a go. ( have issues I’m wanting to work on after a fall and surgery) first- this office is beautiful! The flow of it is very inviting! I got a tour as soon as I walked in and every room was explained and talked about. Second- the staff, considering I’m there for a special(sometimes offices can be irritated or not treat you the same) this is not the case here! The staff here are so friendly and kind. The staff was nice, However they are trying to scam you out of 5,000$! Go to a well-known chiropractor! Any legit chiropractor will not CHARGE 5,000$ or try to book you for 72 adjustments! (Ps. You know it’s something when the owner deletes your comment ;) )
