It would have been helpful to know that insurance plans are not accepted prior to completing the intake and evaluation process, as this resulted in a loss of time and money. I acknowledge my oversight in not directly asking about insurance acceptance. However, I was prompted to provide my insurance information card before my initial check-in, which led to my assumption. The staff is always welcoming and really friendly. I 100% walk out feeling better than when I walked in. The new chiropractor Dr Tad is easy to talk to and really gets my back adjusted right away. Don’t forget to wobble… lol Great team!!!! 100%
When money is the only motive, patients can feel it. I have been a regular patient for 3 years bc of Dr. David, but the new owner only cares about your money. There’s something unsettling about someone purchasing a chiropractic practice with no understanding of patient care (with no desire to develop a deeper connection) just purely for the income potential.
