Went in today with my husband for a consultation and will be coming back for an adjustment and massage! First of all, Erin is the sweetest receptionist. I believe the person at the front of a business sets the vibe, and she made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. My experience at 100% has been great so far. I have had chronic issues with my neck and shoulders for years and thought there wouldn’t be much that could be done about it. I’m so pleased with the progress so far and can’t wait until my treatment is done and I move to the maintenance phase. The staff here is amazing! So friendly and welcoming and makes it a great way to start my day off.
Easy, professional and convenient! My first mistake was thinking "I" knew what was going on with my shoulder and causing my limited motion, tingling in my fingers etc. Keith took the time to listen to my issues but more importantly he took the time to EDUCATE me on what was happening and gave me advice on simple things I can do to improve my shoulder.
