Researching the benefits of bone broth, I discovered the super soup shop -- 100 Bowls of Soup! I love that they don't add cornstarch, sugar, salt, etc., and the ingredients are fresh and such good quality! The pieces of chicken in the soups are delicious and amazing for someone who grew up on canned soup! I have a daily soup "elixir" of a 1/2 cup of Bone Broth, 1/4 cup of Glorious Greens, and 1/4 of Beautiful Beet Soup! So nice!
Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful multi course gourmet Vietnamese dinner with wine prepared by Chef Kim at 100 Bowls "Chef's Table" event. These small group dinners are extraordinary, showcasing Chef Kim's kitchen skills. Each course highlighted a different beef dish, with delicious Vietnamese mochi wrapping it all up for dessert. Highly recommend keeping an eye out for the next Chef's Table event at 100 Bowls and signing up.
We’ve been coming here for a few years based on the recommendation of a friend. Always many fresh, creative and healthy options that taste homemade. They also accommodate many dietary needs. You should know they are very healthy and still flavorful. if you’re used to salty/fatty soups from restaurants or cans, these will be different. On occasion I’ll add a bit of salt and dash of cream to taste. Either way a great value for a wonderful healthy and easy meal.

My step-mom has terminal cancer and is having trouble eating. One thing she can eat is soup. My dad heard of 100 bowls of soup, so made the drive from Haymarket. He spent about $70 on 7 different soups: carrot/ginger, chicken soup, minestrone , Italian vegetable and others. When he got home, he first tried the carrot/ginger soup and neither of them could eat it. He figured you can’t go wrong with chicken soup , so he heated that up.
